you will receive a tracking# when I actually ship your item
I do not preprint shipping labels

When you order you will receive a confirmation email

You will receive an email with the tracking number when it ships
(did you check your spam folder?)

The confirmation and tracking emails come from wix so the spam filters might accidentally catch them.

USA shipping

Free shipping over $25 in the USA

any lost packages we'll file a claim with USPS

International shipping

International shipping will be calculated UPS ( recommended, faster and is UPS start to finnish ) and calculated usps ( less reliable as its a multiparty shipping, USPS inside the United States then the international transport and then the local postal service in the destination country ) updated 10/22/2024

International Tax, vat or any customs fees are not collected your are responsible for paying them when your package arrives in your country

Please include your phone number. if there are any issues with your address or customs they will call you.

I can not change the value on the customs forms.

I insure all international shipments. if you do not receive your package by day 40 (just under 6 weeks) we'll file a claim with the insurance (it takes about a week to receive the payout).

I'll refund your original order so you can order again.
