Only because I've made a new direct air device based off of my retainer. Ruffly ridges are out as they really didn't help grip much and just made the manufacturing process more difficult.
This is the most comfortable foreskin restoration I've used. No pinching feeling after several hours of use. I made the tugging loops smaller and made the air inlet deeper. if you choose to remove the loops you can just cut them off flush.
