Elastic leg strap for foreskin restoration devices.
This leg strap is about 25in long with a loop at each end. one loop is for making a choker type loop to wrap around your leg just below the knee. the other end has a 1 foot log piece of 325 paracord that ties to a clip and 1 ft piece paracord for attaching to a tugging device.
